<h2>Making an offer</h2>
<p>After a couple of days of chatting, a bar appears asking&nbsp;<strong>How's this deal going?</strong> Press&nbsp;<strong>Deal made</strong>, fill in the quantity, unit, sales price or tipping fee per unit, and start date, then press&nbsp;<strong>CONFIRM DEAL</strong>. The offer appears in the chat as a card showing the quantity, price and start date.</p>
<h2>Receiving an offer</h2>
<p>An offer card gives you three choices:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Accept deal</strong> if the terms work.</li>
<li><strong>Counter</strong> to change a detail. Your counter replaces the offer and goes back to them.</li>
<li><strong>Reject</strong> if you're no longer interested.</li>
</ul>
<p>You can&nbsp;<strong>Withdraw deal</strong> on an offer you sent, as long as it's unanswered.</p>
<h2>Offer status</h2>
<p>The card shows what happened:&nbsp;<strong>Deal countered</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Deal accepted</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Deal rejected</strong> or&nbsp;<strong>Deal withdrawn</strong>.</p>

After a deal, Phil can also arrange trucks: press&nbsp;<strong>Request haulage quote</strong> and we'll come back within 48 hours.</p>
<h2>Following through</h2>
<p>Honour the deals you make. Backing out without a reason, or dealing in bad faith, can get a company blocked from the marketplace.</p>

MAKING AN OFFER

RECEIVING AN OFFER
