Help CenterNEW! Now you can invite other users to join a haul. This is ideal for larger projects that need to provide visiblilty to stakeholders or partners like engineers.
Inviting a company to join your haul
Follow the same steps for creating a haul invite. Open the haul under Load tracking > Site name.
At the top of the haul detail screen press "Add a company to this haul"
You're now in the "Manage haul access" screen. You can add, remove, and manage other users on this haul. By default you will see yourself as an owner, and the other party if they have accepted the haul invite.
Press "Add a company" at the bottom
Enter the email address of a user at the company you wish to invite, you will be giving their entire company access. Ensure that the other company has appropriate Admin rights in place at their organization.
If you see this error message after entering the users email, it means that the user has not created a Phil account. Tell them to sign up and this will display a green checkmark.
Choose one of the three permission levels. This can be changed at any time.
Press "Add company" and the user's company is now added to the haul. You're done!
Manage a haul's users
You or the other haul owner can manage collaborators at any time.
Under the haul detail screen press "MANAGE" This will display all of the companies who have been added to this haul
To add another company, repeat the steps above on this page. To modify a company's access press the three dots next to their permission level
You can now change or remove this company's access.
