You can find your monthly bill in two places; the billing dashboard or your invoice email.
The billing dashboard
As shown in the image above, you can find the dashboard in the top right of the add-on store, or in the settings under Billing & payments.
Any admin user at the company can enter the billing dashboard and see the current month's invoice, and pull past month's invoices. ONLY the billing contact will recieve the monthly invoice via email.
You can press "view details" to see the details of your bill as individual line items.
When are invoices sent?
We bill on the first of every month for the previous month's subscriptions.
Why am I being charged up front?
This is only for the first month of the subscription, the following months will be billed on the first of the month.
What is a prorated charge?
We bill for the calender month which means if you signed up on the 15th we will charge you for the remainder of the month up front.
What payment methods are available?
We support Credit, Pre-authorized debit, and third party payments like Google Pay. We will accept cheques for some customers but this is on a case-by-case basis. We strongly encourage you to use pre-authorized debit instead of cheques since your invoices will automatically be marked as paid.
Where do I find or download my invoices?
Scroll down the payments dashboard to see your invoice history, you can click on the invoice in question and then download as a PDF or view it online.
