<li>Open your site, choose&nbsp;<strong>Load tracking</strong> and open the haul.</li>
<li>Under&nbsp;<strong>ACTIVE LOADS</strong>, tap the truck that arrived. Loads from earlier days sit under&nbsp;<strong>PAST UNRECEIVED LOADS</strong>.</li>
<li>Check the details and press&nbsp;<strong>Receive</strong>.</li>
<li>Set the&nbsp;<strong>Arrival time on site</strong>, add a photo or weight if you want, and press&nbsp;<strong>Receive load</strong>.</li>

<p>You don't re-enter the quantity: you confirm what was sent, and can record an arrival weight to reconcile it.</p>

<h2>I forgot to receive a truck</h2>
<p>Receive it now and set the arrival time to when it actually arrived. If a load was received with the wrong time, open it and press&nbsp;<strong>Edit Arrival</strong>: admins can edit any time, others within 24 hours.</p>
<h2>Rejecting a load</h2>
<p>If the material or quantity is wrong, press&nbsp;<strong>Reject</strong> instead, add a photo and a reason, and send it. The sending site sees your reason, and rejected loads don't count toward the haul total.</p>

<p>With Pro Tracking, turn on&nbsp;<strong>Quick receive</strong> above ACTIVE LOADS to receive each truck with one tap or swipe, setting the arrival to now. Exporters can also switch on auto-receive per load.</p>

 3. Check the details and press Receive.
 4. Set the Arrival time on site, add a photo or weight if you want, and press Receive load.
