<h2>Sharing a haul</h2>
<ol>
<li>Open the haul and press&nbsp;<strong>Share haul</strong>.</li>
<li>Press&nbsp;<strong>Add a user</strong> and enter their work email. They need a Phil account; if they don't have one, ask them to sign up first.</li>
<li>Choose their access level and role, and press&nbsp;<strong>Add user</strong>.</li>

<h2>Access levels</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Editor</strong>: edit the haul, send and receive trucks, pull reports, view progress.</li>
<li><strong>Tracking</strong>: send and receive trucks, pull reports, view progress.</li>
<li><strong>Viewer</strong>: pull reports and view progress.</li>
</ul>

<p>Only admins can share a haul.</p>
<h2>What they see</h2>
<p>The site appears in their My Sites marked&nbsp;<strong>shared with you</strong>, showing only the Load tracking tab. They can&nbsp;<strong>Leave haul</strong> themselves at any time.</p>
<h2>Changing access</h2>
<p>Open&nbsp;<strong>Share haul</strong> again to change someone's level or remove them.</p>

 1. Open the haul and press Share haul.
 2. Press Add a user and enter their work email. They need a Phil account; if they don't have one, ask them to sign up first.
 3. Choose their access level and role, and press Add user.

 * Viewer: pull reports and view progress.



Only admins can share a haul.


WHAT THEY SEE

The site appears in their My Sites marked shared with you, showing only the Load tracking tab. They can Leave haul themselves at any time.


CHANGING ACCESS

Open Share haul again to change someone's level or remove them.
