Help CenterAn export listing is for material leaving your site. Phil matches it with sites and facilities nearby that can take it.
Creating an export listing
On the Sites page, press Create new.
Choose Create a reuse marketplace listing, then the category: Excess Soil, Stone & Aggregate, Concrete, Asphalt or Landscaping Material.
Choose I'm exporting, then the site. Pick one of yours or Create a new site: search the address, drag the map under the pin to the exact spot, and name the site. The location stays hidden until a match is accepted.
Answer the rest: material type, grade, How much do you have?, and When is it available? with an earliest date and a deadline.
For excess soil in Canada, two more steps. Do you have a QP? asks for your Qualified Person's email and any soil reports; listings with a QP get twice as many matches. How do you want to match? offers Full service or Self-serve.
Check the review page and press Publish Listing. You'll verify your phone number the first time.
Price, contacts and documents
These are set after publishing. Open the listing's public page and press Edit.
- Price: Importer will pay, Exporter will pay, Free or Contact for pricing. Listings with a price get more interest.
- We can provide haulage, if you have trucks.
- Contacts: the teammate who answers chats, and on-site contacts. Contact details stay hidden until a match is accepted.
- Site documents: maps, plans, directions or paperwork, each tagged by type.
What happens next
Your listing opens on its matches page. Phil suggests compatible listings nearby; press Interested on the good ones and chat once both sides agree.
Editing a listing
Open your site, choose Reuse listings, tap the listing and press Edit listing. Direction, site and material type are fixed; delete and recreate the listing to change those. The creator or any admin can edit.
Listing limit
Unverified companies can have two active excess soil listings at once. Verified by Phil removes the cap.
