Help CenterA haul is a connection and approved number of loads between two sites. Both users need to have a Phil account set up to send and receive loads.
NOTE: Only Admin users can send or accept haul invites
Creating your first haul
- Click on the truck icon at the bottom navigation to access load tracking
- Press "Create Haul"
- If you have a marketplace listing, you can select it as a starting point for the haul.
- If you do NOT have an active marketplace listing, click on the "create new listing" button and fill out this information screen first.
- Fill out the haul details screen.
- Once the counterparty site accepts their invite you can send your first load
How do I track loads between two sites that I own? - That's easy, just enter your own email address for the counterparty site, we're going to improve this option in the next update of load tracking.
How do I track another material on the same site? - Just create a second haul. Make sure you create a new listing with the second material. When you use the same address we will group them all together into the same site.
How do I connect my site with more than 1 counterparty site? - Just create another haul! Follow the steps above and invite a new email address from a different counterparty site.
