<p>Open&nbsp;<strong>Messages</strong>.&nbsp;<strong>ACTIVE</strong> holds open conversations, newest first;&nbsp;<strong>ARCHIVED</strong> holds closed ones. Unread conversations are bold with a dot, and the Messages tab shows a dot when something is waiting.</p>
<h2>Notifications</h2>
<p>If your phone shows&nbsp;<strong>You're missing notifications</strong>, tap it and allow notifications for Phil. Chat alerts and offers need them.</p>
<h2>Closing a chat</h2>
<p>When a deal didn't happen, press&nbsp;<strong>Didn't work out</strong> on the deal bar and pick a reason. The conversation moves to ARCHIVED, and&nbsp;<strong>Re-open chat</strong> brings it back.</p>

<h2>Blocking or reporting</h2>
<p>Press&nbsp;<strong>Block user</strong> at the top of the conversation. Tick&nbsp;<strong>Report Activity?</strong> and add a reason if something looks wrong. Blocking closes the conversation.</p>
