Bill of Lading

Every load has a Bill of Lading: the record of what moved, when, and by whom. It comes in three forms.

The driver's BOL

When a load is sent, the driver gets a text with a link. It opens on any phone, no app or account needed, and shows the truck and plate, the driver and haulage company, the material and quantity, both addresses with directions, and who to call at the receiving site.

On a 1-way haul the page adds I've arrived, which confirms arrival once the driver is within about 200 metres of the receiving site.

The PDF

Open any load and press the download icon at the top. It's a one-page document with the exporting company and site, the material, who transported it, both sites with sent and received times, the on-site contacts, and two signature boxes for signing on paper. Print it from there if you need a hard copy.

Sharing

Share on a load copies the driver's BOL link. Sharing works for 48 hours after departure; downloading the PDF works any time.

All BOLs in one place

Request a Load Detail Log report. Its BOL Report sheet has a row for every load.
